; Description:  WINTERP SESSION STARTUP FILE. This file is a template for
;		~/.winterp -- this is loaded each time WINTERP is started up.
;		Typically, ~/.winterp sets up the default environment for both
;		interactive WINTERP prototyping sessions as well as for sessions
